Use

STEP 1: Use VGN PREBIOTIC Intimate Wash externally daily. Rinse off after use.

STEP 2: Using a clean finger, apply a small amount of VGN PROBIOTIC Intimate Gel to the external intimate area. Wash your hands again after use. Do this once or twice a day (ideally morning and evening) to continuously protect the external intimate zone.
