In order to avoid errors when processing a new order, please:
- Clearly state the article code (SCF, SCD, SCH, etc.) and specify the quantities
- Order per outer box/packaging unit as indicated on the website

Delivery is free on orders of 500 euros (excl. VAT) or more

For amounts < 500 euros, Shipping costs = 8€
Shipping method: Courier service
Delivery period: 2-5 days
Once we have accepted your order, we will deliver the goods after 2-5 working days by courier to the delivery address you provided. We deliver larger volumes on Euro pallets which we exchange at the time of delivery. If you have any special requirements, please contact our customer service department.
After-sales service
If after resetting the device (e.g. with baby monitors) and checking the manual, problems still occur with your device, please contact our customer service.
For all questions regarding your product, you can contact the Bomedys customer service, except for Elvie and Owlet. You can contact their own customer service for this.

For all products we always follow the warranty policy of the brand.
PHILIPS AVENT (only for electrical appliances): via Bomedys
- 2 years on the device (see conditions in manual)
- 6 months on batteries
ELVIE:
- 2 years on the device (see conditions in manual)
- 90 days on spare parts
OWLET:
- 2 years on the device (see conditions in manual)
- 90 days on spare parts
NUNA & JOIE:
- 2 years on the products (strollers, car seats, etc.)
- 1 year on accessories
Attention:
Please note: The warranty does NOT apply to defects resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, if the product has been dropped, in short, due to the customer's own actions. Always read the operating instructions carefully.
Please keep the original packaging, accessories and warranty card. You may need them if the product is faulty.
Group the goods under warranty together at your warehouse. If there are 8 units or more we will send a courier to collect the defective goods under warranty. They will be credited once we have received them.
Delivery errors
Please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will ensure proper follow-up.
If so, please contact our customer service. We will do the necessary.
If you receive an order from us and the packaging or contents have been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Always check your order when it is delivered. The packaging must be sealed and unopened. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product upon delivery, do not accept the order or accept it 'with reservations' stating that damage has occurred.
