Use
Using a clean finger, apply a small amount of VGN PROBIOTIC Intimate Gel to the external intimate area. Wash your hands again after use. Do this once or twice a day (ideally morning and evening) to continuously protect the external intimate zone. For optimal protection of the vaginal microbiome, we recommend using VGN PROBIOTIC Intimate Gel in combination with a VGN Intimate Wash (PREBIOTIC, SENSITIVE, FRESH or HYDRA).
